EstateFlow is the ultimate solution for property owners who want to move away from manual ledgers and spreadsheets. It is designed to track every penny of your rental business with precision and ease.
How it Works: Upon logging in, the administrator is greeted by a dynamic Dashboard that summarizes the current financial and occupancy status of the building. The Properties module allows the admin to inventory all flats, shops, or units. When a new renter arrives, the Tenants module is used to record their personal details and assign them a specific unit.
The core of the system is the Rent Collection module. Here, the admin enters monthly payments. A unique feature of EstateFlow is its Archive Logic: if a tenant decides to move out, the admin simply clicks "Move Out." This action frees up the flat for a new tenant but moves the old tenant's data to the Archives. This ensures that historical payment records are never lost and can be permanently deleted only if strictly necessary.
Additionally, the Settings page provides full control over the user interface, allowing the admin to switch languages or currency symbols instantly. The system is built to be lightweight, secure, and user-friendly, requiring zero coding knowledge to operate.
